3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2. Payments are accepted through our online gateway, and the order will only be processed once the payment is successfully completed.
3.3. Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees). International customers should ensure they are aware of exchange rates and potential conversion fees.

5.1. Due to the customized nature of our ethnic wear products, returns are not accepted. However, exchanges are possible for certain items, subject to availability and provided the item is returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
5.2. Please reach out to our team within [48 hours] of delivery to initiate an exchange request. Any shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.3. Custom orders, including made-to-measure or specially designed products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
 

6. Custom Orders and Alterations
6.1. For custom orders, full payment is required before starting production. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
6.2. While we strive to follow your size and design specifications, minor adjustments may be required due to the nature of traditional craftsmanship.
6.3. Alterations after delivery are subject to additional charges.

Terms & Conditions – In-Store Trials, Recordings & Media Usage Policy

At Adviraa Ethnic Wear, Santacruz, Mumbai, we aim to deliver an exceptional and immersive ethnic fashion experience to guests who walk into our store or shop online at www.adviraa.com. To maintain the exclusivity of our designs and promote the magical experience of shopping at Adviraa, we have outlined the following policies regarding in-store recordings, consumer privacy, and media usage:
 

 Video & Image Recording Policy
 

1. By entering or shopping at Adviraa Ethnic Wear, you acknowledge and provide implied consent for any photographs, videos, or recordings of your shopping experience—including but not limited to outfit trials, consultations, and in-store interactions—captured by the Adviraa team to be used across:

   • YouTube

   • Instagram

   • Facebook

   • Twitter (X)

   • Tumblr

   • www.adviraa.com

   • Other marketing platforms and digital promotions, as seen fit by Adviraa
      

2. All such content shall be considered the exclusive property of Adviraa and may be used, edited, or distributed for branding, promotional, or advertising purposes without prior approval or monetary compensation.
    

3. However, as a mark of respect towards our valued clients, if you wish to request the removal of any image or video featuring yourself, you can do so by dropping an email at 📩 contact@adviraa.com.
   We promise to remove the concerned media from our platforms within 90 days—no questions asked.
    

4. Copyright or legal takedown notices regarding media recorded by the Adviraa team will be deemed invalid, as store recordings are conducted in our premises with signage indicating this policy and fall under our rights of documentation.
    

 Client Recording Restrictions

• To protect the uniqueness of our collections and maintain store privacy, clients and visitors are strictly prohibited from recording videos or taking photographs inside the store—this includes capturing our outfits, showroom space, staff, or fellow clients.

• Any such actions will be deemed a violation of store policy, and Adviraa holds the right to request deletion of such media, deny further service, and/or take appropriate legal or preventive actions if needed.
   

No Return / No Refund Policy

• All purchases made at Adviraa Ethnic Wear are final.
  Due to the intricate craftsmanship and customization of our garments, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all in-store and online purchases.

• We request customers to check sizing, color, and quality during trials or prior to purchase, as post-purchase changes or cancellations will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
   

Dress & Design Protection Clause

• To safeguard our designs and preserve the exclusivity of our ethnic collections, photographing or filming any outfit, display section, fabric swatches, or styling zones is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Adviraa team.
